The Window

You can request a refund within 14 days of your Pro purchase if IconStyler has a bug or problem we can’t fix.

What Qualifies

• IconStyler won’t install or open on your Windows 11 PC
• A Pro feature doesn’t work as described
• The app causes a serious problem on your PC

Before a refund, we’ll try to fix it with you first. Most problems can be solved quickly.

What Doesn’t Qualify

• Changing your mind after buying
• Not needing Pro anymore
• Requests made after 14 days

How to Request

Email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase. Tell us what went wrong, and add a screenshot if you can. Purchases are handled by Freemius, our merchant of record.

What Happens Next

Your license is deactivated and IconStyler returns to the free tier. Your icons and restore points stay on your PC.
